My entire experience was great!! They were amazing at communicating about scheduling, a lot of reminders which I appreciate in my busy life! They also called to get me in early which I requested if possible! The whole staff was great, excellent customer service! The office was beautiful and clean, very high end, up to date technology and tools! Emily was very thorough, explained everything she was doing, friendly to talk to, and was very gentle!!! Pain free cleaning and exam! I will definitely be sticking with this office! Thank you!

Dr. Klein is an Amazing!!!! Dentist. I have been to his office for a root canal, cleaning, and other dental work. He gives the best shots for numbing I’ve ever had. You do not feel a thing! Highly recommend his office. Love the girls in the office too.. highly knowledgeable on helping navigate my insurance benefits.

I recently visited ReNew Dental Arts for a consultation. I was very impressed with the service received. Dr. Klein is pleasant, and he thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. The staff is efficient, professional and people oriented. The office has state-of-the-art equipment, it is modern, clean, and comfortable. The office was very modern and clean. Ashley and Dr. Klein were very gentle while performing every procedure. I specially liked how they showed me visuals on the big screen of all the dental problems I was having and described in detail the causes, effects and solutions. Great experience!! Highly recommend. Very clean and beautifully decorated, super nice staff- all of them. Very attentive and helpful throughout entire process. I really appreciated the dentist taking so much time with us. Very knowledgeable, patient and kind, not rushed! Really seemed to genuinely care. I was so pleasantly surprised with the cost of my son's wisdom teeth procedure. With their credit options and payment plans it was super easy to schedule what was needed on the spot. I actually left that dental office happy!

Went in for my first visit and consultation at Renew. It just couldn't have gone better. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to really care about my situation. Dr. Klien did a great job of explaining my options for treatment and how those treatments are done. After seeing numerous dentists about my loss of teeth I felt for the first time a sense of hope about my situation. Kudos to your whole staff!

ReNew Dental Arts offers exceptional service. Dr. Tyler Klein and his dental hygienists are always so friendly and prioritize their customer's ease, comfort, and safety above all else. I made the switch to ReNew Dental Arts after moving to the area recently due to their stunning reviews. Having been to the office a couple times now, I agree with all the positive notes I have seen online. I'm sure I am not alone in saying that going to the dentist isn't my favorite activity, but Dr. Klein and the staff at ReNew Dental Arts have replaced my negative, uncomfortable experiences with those of comfort and convenience. Dr. Klein and his staff are utterly amazing! From the initial phone call all the way through check out was a great experience. I have dental anxiety and I was at ease the minute I walked through the door. The office is beautiful and SPOTLESS! Making the appointment was easy and informative, Brittany answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient as she listened to my concerns and gave me good direction on what steps I needed to take. Intake was fast, easy and electronic. Ashely did my ex rays and she was super friendly and perky which is notable because my appointment was at 8 am! She explained everything that was being done to me. She was efficient and compassionate as I was a little nervous. Tara (super model) was friendly and knowledgeable as she assisted me in exploring my financing options. She was efficient but I did not feel rushed at all. She answered all of my questions and I feel that she gave me the best possible options for me to ponder and choose from. What can I say about Dr. Klein??? He was wonderful and his vibe is so chill that I did not even feel nervous at all. I can tell he loves what he does. He made me feel comfortable and was truly interested not just in the dental work but also interested in me as a person as we talked about my family and work. He too, gave me good information and outlined every option available to me and explained everything thoroughly and answered every question that I had. He was definitely efficient but I did not feel rushed at all. Make no mistake, this is a busy and popular office in this area but each person makes you feel like you are the only patient in the office. I actually booked my first round of treatment for tomorrow, I will keep y’all posted. That’s another thing! They make scheduling easy and they work hard to make sure they meet your scheduling needs. I would highly recommend this office to any and everyone. In fact, I had recommended them to my sister based on the call to set the appointment. Many business don’t realize that the initial contact sets the tone for everything else. This office actually deserves 10 stars.

I relocated to Charlotte back in March and therefore had to find a new dentist. I am literally the worst dental patient in the world, I have very sensitive teeth and gums and have never been to the dentist without crying and experiencing extreme pain and anxiety. I decided to give Renew Dental Arts a try and from the first visit it was a wonderful experience. I had not been to the dentist in about 2 years (due to my anxiety) and as expected my treatment plan was pretty long and extensive. I wanted to wait a few visits before writing a review to really make sure that things were as they seemed - so here I sit 4 visits later (and about 4 more to go) and I am extremely happy with my experience so far. Let me just say that this is my first time ever in my 41 years of life that I have been to the dentist without crying and without experiencing pain! Not only is the in-office experience great - but Dr. Klein even goes above and beyond and calls me personally a few hours after my appointments to make sure I'm feeling okay and not experiencing any issues. I can't say enough great things about this dental team - I have finally found my dental home!

OMG.....they are the best... I am terrified of the Dentist. But from my first appointment Dr. Klein and his staff are wonderful. I spoke to Brittany on the phone and she took time to explain everything to me and calm my fears. So, I made an appointment and I'm so glad I did.. They are awesome. I'm so glad I found them. Thanks for all you reassurance and giving me the courage to get my much needed dental work... Love this office..

Today I had upper implants done and 2 wisdom teeth pulled. I was treated so well! Literally felt no pain! I wasn’t rushed at all. Super clean and soft bankets. Entire staff so nice!!! James, Tara, Dr. Klein, etc. literally all of them so nice.

I have a lot of sensitivity to cleanings but this was relatively pain free! Angie took extra care to be gentle and she listened and genuinely cared. I’m a new patient but so far I am really happy I found ReNew Dental!

I found this dentist on Groupon for a wisdom tooth removal. Checked the reviews and decided to give it a go. I’m glad that I did. Dental work makes me pretty anxious. I’ve had some not so great dental work done before so I decided to tread slowly. First I did an exam and cleaning. Happy with that, I had them complete filling. That was good so I did a crown. After being pleased with all work so far, I moved forward with the wisdom tooth removal. I ended up not being able to use the Groupon because it was more affordable to use my insurance. That was frustrating at first but I appreciate that the office manager, Tara, took the time to explain how the billing works to me and why it would be most affordable for me to use my insurance. I need quite a bit of work done and can’t afford to complete it all this year due to my annual insurance maximum. I like that ReNew Dental Arts gave me my treatment plan and listed order of priority, but still listens to my requests for when I want to schedule what work. They really go above and beyond to keep patients comfortable. From answering questions and keeping the patient informed along the process to playing some nature shows above the chair during the work, they take all the steps they can to make it a pleasant experience. Dr. Klein has even called a few times to check in and make sure I’m doing well with the work completed. You can tell he really cares. The dentists is skilled with extractions. I’ve been scared to remove my wisdom teeth for years. With the proper medication and a skilled team to take care of everything from the anesthesia to monitoring vitals to assisting and the extraction itself, it was a smooth and fast experience. I’m surprised to see that even with 2 impacted teeth, I have minimal swelling and no bruising! No matter the work you need done, I would highly recommend this clinic. If you are someone with dental anxiety, give Renew Dental Arts a shot. I’m very happy I did!

The atmosphere is really nice. The Dentist took time to explain everything I was concerned about. He really put me at ease. He is warm, kind and makes you feel that he cares. His staff is awesome very welcoming. I can’t say enough about the treatment it is five star. I would suggest at least giving him a try I’m pretty sure you’ll make it the place for all Your oral needs.

Dr. Klein and his dental assistant Ashley Maciera were absolutely amazing! I had some issues that were not getting addressed at another office and they got me in for an appointment on the same day I called and helped me get everything resolved. All of their staff is wonderful and very helpful and kind. Ashley was very sweet and made sure that I was comfortable and informed of everything they would be doing. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

So far so good- went in for my first dental cleaning since the pandemic started and had a comprehensive periodontal exam, cleaning, and gingivitis therapy. The hygienist constantly asked about my comfort level and described what I would be feeling during all parts of the exam. I have cavity filling tomorrow and hopefully will continue to have good experiences here. The office is clean and high tech, and everyone was very friendly. Edited: had my first filling done and the experience was impeccable- no pain, not even a pinch from the injectable local anesthetic. Will recommend to everyone!

I am so lucky that a flyer came in my mailbox. Starting with the appointment scheduling was awesome. Brittany was so pleasant to speak with. I had one of the thorough examination that I have experience. It was very detail and professional. I wish I can remember the young lady name that did my examinations and xray, she made it very pleasant even though there were some minor pains but she was very apologetic. Dr. Klein was also a pleasure to meet. Very professional and was a joy to talk to. I was explain in layman's terms what to expect in the future and was given moments to ask questions about my dental treatments. I am greatful to have found this place. I would without a doubt recommend ReNew Dental Arts to family and friends!

This was my best experience at a dental office in several years. My first visit was today, and I was very impressed. The office was clean, the staff was nice, the prices are very fair, the equipment was state-of-the art, the hygienist was nice, detailed and thorough, and the doctor was excellent. In the past several years while searching for a new dental office, I have experienced very quick and average cleanings, and dentists that seem to be trying to find every reason to add more services I don’t need, like a pushy salesman. Make an appointment with Renew Dental and you won’t be disappointed.
